My friend Randy, who is a co-founder of Unus Mundus, reached out to me to help give the current website a design renewal. Unus Mundus collaborates with artists to provide amazing art, music, fashion and events. Half of the proceeds go to the charity chosen by the artist who we are promoting.

<aside> ⚠️ THE PROBLEM Through the website, users have difficultly in understanding what the brand does. Design elements are inconsistent and does not build trust in users. Lack of product photos and information increases barrier to purchase a product online.

I found 5 users to go through the website and think aloud their impressions and what they find hard to use or understand. Based on this I summarized the following findings:
I don’t quite understand what they do. Are they a fashion brand? I think it is good that they donate to charity though. - User A
I want to see more photos of the products or at least bigger photos but when I click on them nothing happens. - User B
Is this brand really legit? It looks a little amateur. - User C
